Your license key is intended solely for your own use. While your license may be activated on unlimited personal devices, you are responsible for keeping your license key secure and preventing unauthorized sharing.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke a license if we reasonably believe it has been obtained through fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or is being distributed in violation of these Terms.

Premium features require online license verification.

When you enter your license key, our licensing system verifies its validity before granting access to premium features. This process helps protect both our customers and our Services from unauthorized use.

License verification is limited to information necessary to validate your license. It does not include the GIFs, images, videos, or other files you process using GIF Toolkit.

A valid internet connection may be required during activation or periodic license verification.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, premium licenses may be activated on an unlimited number of your own devices.

Unlimited device usage does not permit:

• Sharing license keys publicly.
• Selling or transferring license keys to others.
• Including your license key in public repositories, websites, or software.
• Allowing unrelated individuals to use the same purchased license.

We reserve the right to investigate abnormal activation patterns that indicate misuse or abuse of the licensing system.

Payments for premium licenses are securely processed through Polar, our authorized Merchant of Record.

Polar is responsible for processing payment transactions, collecting applicable taxes where required, issuing invoices where applicable, and handling payment information securely.

GIF Toolkit does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

By purchasing a premium license, you also agree to comply with Polar's applicable terms and payment requirements.

All prices displayed on GIF Toolkit are shown in the currency presented at checkout.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and premium plans may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Changes to pricing do not affect purchases that have already been completed unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise specified, eligible refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

Refund eligibility may depend on factors including payment status, license activation history, suspected fraud, abuse of the licensing system, chargeback activity, or other circumstances described in our Refund Policy.

Approved refunds may result in the permanent deactivation of the associated license key.

Many GIF Toolkit tools are available free of charge.

Free tools are provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Availability of free features does not create any obligation for GIF Toolkit to continue offering those services indefinitely.

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in GIF Toolkit, including its software, source code, design, branding, logos, graphics, user interface, written content, documentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to GIF Toolkit.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.
