Privacy-first approach is genuinely refreshing. One thing that would make this a daily driver for me: a drag-and-drop area for multiple files with batch queue processing. Right now handling dozens of GIFs one by one gets tedious, and a simple progress bar per file would help too.

Honestly the offline thing is what sold me, no uploads feels way safer for random gifs. Cut a 4mb one down to like 300kb and the quality still looks good, pretty solid.

Works exactly as described and the offline aspect is genuinely reassuring. Was surprised how much smaller the WebP files came out compared to the original GIFs without any visible quality loss.

Support for batch uploading a whole folder of gifs at once would save a ton of time. Drag and drop the folder and have it churn through every gif inside, exporting webps with matching filenames.
